We never wanted to charge for the Unsubscribe consumer email service but when we started Unsubscribe.com our costs to handle each customers' requests were too high to make it free. So, the only way we could offer the product was charging ... until now.

Our focus on technology has brought our costs down so significantly that we have made the product 100% free to consumers.

So now you’re thinking...
“Are these guys free so they can sell my data?” The answer is NO, we do not sell any personal data that we capture through our service. Our mission is to protect you from companies that are using your data.

“OK, so are you volunteers?” No we are not. Through testing we have come up with alternative ways of making money, one example that you can see is our certification business.

“What if I already paid?” By now you should have received an email notifying you of how to receive a refund and all future payments have already been cancelled!
